In 2004 Silvia Beretta and Stefan Kastner founded their landscape architecture practice in Italy, bringing together different cultural backgrounds and a cross disciplinary approach on landscape design. In 2014 they moved to Germany opening in Aachen beretta kastner landschaft architektur.
The office carried out several prestigious private gardens and high quality landscape architecture projects, both for private companies and public administrations across Italy and Germany, earning prizes in international competitions.
Since 2017 Stefan Kastner is partner of 3PLUS FREIRAUMPLANER, a landscape architecture practice based in Aachen with several years of experience.
Silvia Beretta is currently Teaching Associate at the Institute of Landscape Architecture
of RWTH Aachen University, and lecturer at the University of Applied Sciences of Aachen (FH Aachen).
